Courage to Lead: Nurturing Wholehearted Leaders is designed for a cross-professional constituency who seeks to move beyond the what, how, and why questions of leadership and engage the question "Who is the self that leads?"
Each retreat in this series will use one of the “Habits of the Heart” (HOH) Parker J. Palmer identifies in Healing the Heart of Democracy: The Courage to Create a Politics Worthy of the Human Spirit as the catalyst for exploring your heart’s habits and cultivating your capacity to practice habits which nurture life-giving relationships and to live and lead with increasing integrity and courage.

This series will include participants who want to attend all four retreats and each retreat will also be open to individual retreat registration.
